The plan was developed through the joint support of Save the Children International Armenian Representative Office, DRR National Platform in Armenia (ARNAP), UNICEF Armenia, UNDP in Armenia, OxYGen Foundation for Protection of Youth and Women Rights, experts from RA Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), RA Ministry of Education and Science (MoES), RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development (MTAD) and RA Crisis Management State Academy of the Emergency Situations (CMSA) and was presented to Government RA for adoption in November 2018. The main object/target of the assessment was the labour market, with special focus on youth (mainly the 18-30 year-old age group of women and men), including the socially vulnerable groups.
